All prices on Protect Your Energy are in Australian Dollars.
Purchases from Protect Your Energy can be made in the following ways:

Through the website:

Using Paypal – login into your own Paypal account to make full payment for your products Using Credit Card – Mastercard, Visa and American Express are accepted though our secure site. Credit card details are never held on our system, and only used for that purchase. Via internet banking – for Australian customers, you may pay directly into our bank account. When you chose this preferred method of payment, you will be provided details of our bank account to make payment.

By Telephone:
Please use the Contact form to let use know your phone number. We will call in social hours in your time zone. You can then place your order and make a credit card payment over the phone.


Please note at this time, Protect Your Energy is not required to be registered for GST, and therefore there is no inclusion of 10% tax. As and when this changes, notification will be amended within this section. All prices are exclusive of GST, and any overseas orders will always be exclusive of GST.

Within Australia:
Shipping For mobile phone stickers & bio charge products: FREE
For all other items : flat fee $9
Products will be sent by close of business on the next working day following the day you place your order. Please refer to Australia post for expected delivery times from Adelaide to your destination.

You may have the goods delivered to a different address to your billing address – chose before check out.

For international orders, the system provides a flat rate fee at checkout.

Amendments To Orders:

Once the order has been placed through the website or on the phone, any amendments must be communicated via the contact form. Once the order has shipped we are unable to amend without additional postage costs for extra items.  Any over orders must go through the returns process below.

Refunds / return policy:
Protect Your Energy offers an unconditional 90 day money back guarantee.
If for any reason, you do not feel you are benefiting fully from the protection tools you have purchased, or in the unlikely event you find a fault with a Protect Your Energy product, please contact our office by phone or email to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number.

This must be clearly marked on the front of the return package. Return the item(s) in original condition with all cords, plugs, accessories and books. Returns will not be accepted is any part is damaged or missing. Once inspected, a full refund will be issued.

Postage costs included in original order, or for return sending, are not reimbursed.
